1. Who we are

Infinity Automobile Global (“IAG”, “we”, “us”) sources and supplies cars and motorcycles to customers in Uganda. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you contact us or use our website, how we use it, and the rights you have. 2. Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly — your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and the details of your enquiry, such as the make, model, specification and budget of the vehicle you are interested in. When you use our website we may also collect technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited, through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).

3. How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your enquiries, source and quote for vehicles, arrange inspection, import, delivery and registration, keep you updated on your order, meet our legal and regulatory obligations, and improve our website and service. We will only use your information for the purposes for which it was provided, or for closely related purposes.

4. Legal basis

We process your information where it is necessary to take steps at your request and to perform our service to you, where we have your consent, where we have a legitimate business interest in operating and improving our service, and where we are required to do so by law.

5. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with trusted parties who help us deliver our service — including vehicle suppliers and our sourcing desk, inspection agents, shipping and logistics providers, and customs or registration authorities — and with government or regulatory bodies where we are required to by law. We ask these parties to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.

Because we source vehicles internationally, including through the United Arab Emirates, your information may be shared with parties outside Uganda. Where it is, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected to a standard consistent with this policy.

7. Keeping your information

We keep your information only for as long as necessary to provide our service, meet our legal and accounting obligations, and resolve any disputes. We hold it securely and take reasonable measures to protect it against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including Uganda’s Data Protection and Privacy Act 2019, you may ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, or stop using it for certain purposes.
