1. Introduction and Policy Statement

Infinity Automobile Global is committed to preventing acts of modern slavery and human trafficking from occurring within its business and supply chains. We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to all forms of forced labour, servitude, and human trafficking.

This statement affirms our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships. We conduct our business in compliance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda, including the Prevention of Trafficking in Persons Act, and we are guided by international principles aimed at combatting modern slavery.

2. Our Business and Supply Chains

Infinity Automobile Global is an automobile dealership based in Kampala, Uganda, specialising in the sale of new, used, and electric vehicles.

Our supply chains are primarily composed of:

Sourcing new vehicles from major international automotive manufacturers and their authorised distributors.
Procuring used vehicles from reputable local and regional suppliers.
Engaging with local providers for services such as logistics, maintenance, and professional services.

We recognise that the global automotive manufacturing supply chain is complex, and we are committed to playing our part in ensuring it is free from slavery and human trafficking.

3. Our Commitment and Due Diligence

We are committed to ensuring there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. To demonstrate this commitment, we undertake the following actions:

Ethical Employment Practices: We ensure that all our direct employees are treated fairly and work in a safe environment. We conduct robust verification of identity and the right to work, and we are committed to providing fair wages and working conditions in compliance with Ugandan labour laws.
Supplier Expectations: We expect our suppliers and partners, particularly the major vehicle brands and distributors we work with, to have their own robust anti-slavery policies and to uphold the same ethical standards.
Risk Management: We assess potential risks within our direct sphere of influence and will not knowingly support or deal with any business involved in slavery or human trafficking.
Whistleblowing: We encourage our employees to report any concerns related to modern slavery, and we have procedures in place to protect whistleblowers.

4. Training and Awareness

We are committed to raising awareness among our staff, particularly those in management and procurement roles, about the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains.

5. Responsibility

The Directors of Infinity Automobile Global have overall responsibility for ensuring this policy complies with our ethical and legal obligations, and for its implementation.

This statement is a voluntary commitment to our ethical responsibilities in combatting modern slavery and human trafficking.
